Toxicity: Generally mild; rare hepatotoxicity and case reports of nephrotoxicity/neurotoxicity with certain products; grazing animals can develop photosensitization (geeldikkop).

Interactions: Antidiabetics, antihypertensives, diuretics, lithium; possible additive with hormone-active agents.
