Toxicity: Low at traditional doses; pulegone is a known hepatotoxin in large amounts (as with pennyroyal) — relevant only to concentrated oil, not normal decoction.
Contraindications: Measles already fully vented / sores already ulcerated (TCM); avoid concentrated essential oil internally.
Interactions: None well documented.
